I recently talked about a documentary film, "Peru knows: Cooking as a Social Weapon of Change", that illustrates the work that Peruvian chefs are doing by coming together and working toward the common goal of promoting Peruvian cuisine around the world. So, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to translate this TED talk by one of the chef that was part of this movement.
Recientemente les hablé de un documental, "Perú sabe: La cocina, arma social", que muestra el trabajo que los chefs peruanos están haciendo al trabajar juntos por el objetivo común de promover la cocina peruana en el mundo.
