Aitor Sánchez ha estudiado dos posgrados y está realizando su doctorado en la Universidad de Granada, habiendo realizado estancias de investigación sobre divulgación alimentaria en el Karolinska Institutet y la Universidad de Bristol. Ha trabajado en varios medios de comunicación nacionales. Es el fundador del blog "Mi dieta cojea", y escritor del libro homónimo.
In this revealing talk, Aitor invites us to take off the glasses with which we perceive the interested nutrition advice with which advertising floods us, what he calls "dietarchy". Aitor Sánchez has studied two postgraduate courses and he is doing a PhD at the University of Granada. He's been on research stays on food dissemination at the Karolinska Institutet and the University of Bristol. He has worked in several national media. He is the founder of the blog "Mi dieta cojea", and writer of the book with the same title.
