This was also one of the first TEDxTalks I worked with that opened up my curiosity and my passion for coffee and coffee beans. I went back to watch it recently, and I realized that many of the things I learned from this talk informed a lot of my decisions about coffee today.
Coffee is so present in our daily lives that we take it for granted. Coming from a coffee producer country, we didn't discuss which coffee wasn't good, but which one was better. It took me a while to find a coffee that I like when I left my country and, to be honest, I'm still on the quest.
